Hello! and thank you for visiting. I am Todd Mills a licsensed WV Home Inspector based in Morgantown, WV and serving all of North Central WV. Including but not limited to Bruceton Mills, Morgantown, Fairmont, Kingwood, Grafton, Bridgeport, Clarksburg, Buckhannon,  Elkins and all points in between. My job is to introduce you to your new investment and educate you about one of the biggest purchases you will ever make. I look forward meeting you and introducing you to your new home!! 

Todd is a licensed WV Home Inspector. Who follows the Standards of Practice set forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) to which He is a member (member#:265460). Todd has taken and passed the National Home Inspectors Exam (NHIE) and is fully bonded and insured. Todd has also voluntarily completed 25 ride along inspections with another local home inspector. Todd takes the business of protecting you seriously and aims to provide the best possible experience for everyone involved in the process while firmly adhering to the guidelines set forth in the ASHI standards of Practice.

 Todd  Mills (owner/Inspector) is a lifelong Morgantown Resident who Graduated From WVU in 2007 with a BS in Wood Science and Technology and again in 2009 with a Masters in Business Administration. After graduation Todd went on to work in the field of Disaster Restoration (Fire, Water, and Mold damage) where he spent 5 years. He then accepted a job out of the restoration field. The bulk of his free time over the next 5 years was spent doing remodeling work on his and his friends houses. During this time he was lucky enough to be able to install every system in a house several times. Thus expanding his knowledge of the House and today's building techniques.  In 2018 Life finally aligned to allow Todd to start his own business and Trademark Inspections was born.
